Olives of the Peranzana variety harvested at veraison and pickled. Small but with consistent and abundant pulp under the thin skin. Slightly bitter and tasty, they are indicated both as an aperitif but also as an ingredient of the most disparate dishes of Mediterranean cuisine. Inside each jar, you will find the freshness and intensity of each individual ingredient. These olives, like all our products, are prepared without the use of additives, preservatives, and chemical flavors. The brine is composed only of water and sea salt. Our olives do not need any chemical agent, because they are harvested by hand, at the right degree of ripeness and do not have dents, aesthetic defects and signs of oxidation.
