OUR SELECTION
Trout are fed naturally with selected feed, without preservatives and dyes. An additional
value is the processing: spinning is done by hand
SUGGESTIONS
Served on a slice of toasted bread with a soft cream cheese-like caprino for an excellent
aperitif, or as a second course on a bed of cubed tomatoes with olive oil, or on a cream of
asparagus, in a fondue of peas and asparagus or with rosemary yogurt. Also very good
with fried spinach.
